Swiss Luescher offers the industry’s only all-in-one CtS solution featuring eco-friendly and energy-saving laser technology. It achieves a minimum line width of 20 μm and supports ultra-thick emulsions up to 400 μm. Both water-resistant and oil-resistant emulsions are photosensitive, making the system suitable for direct imaging on substrates such as film, screen printing stencils, letterpress, flexographic, gravure, and offset printing plates.
Its key advantages include: 1. No consumables required—such as galvanometer scanners, halogen lamps, LED lamps, or DMD chips 2. Laser diodes can be upgraded at any time to increase imaging speed 3. Unique technology ensures extremely low power consumption for environmentally friendly production 4. Resolution can be upgraded anytime for higher imaging quality 5. No water cooling required, resulting in minimal energy costs
