- Standard Booth contains: 3 Partitions, 3 Spot lights, 1 unit 110V socket, 1 Carpet (9sqms), 1 fascia board, 1 Information Desk and 1 chair.
- Exhibitors who register for raw space should apply to the organizer if they need water and electricity during the exhibition.
- Exhibitors who build a 2nd floor building (or higher) will need to pay extra fees according to the regulations of the exhibition hall.
- Exhibitors who need 24 hours of power supply, air compressor, stacker operation or other special needs will be charged.

Exhibit Regulations
- When registration is closed or fully booked, the Organizer will allocate exhibition zones according to product categories and schedule an exhibitor’s coordination meeting. Exhibitors will then select their booth locations (booth selection must not extend across the aisle).

The booth allocation follows these rules:
(1) Exhibitors who have registered for more booths will have priority in selecting their booth locations.(2) For exhibitors with equal booth space, priority will be given based on the registration time and date, determined by when the organizer received the application.
- The Organizer reserves the right to select booth locations for exhibitors who are absent from the exhibitor’s coordination meeting.
- Exhibitors are not permitted to jointly register or select booths. Thematic pavilion arrangements are not subject to this restriction.
- Exhibits must be limited to the products listed in the application form and must relate to the exhibition theme. Exhibits that exceed the contracted scope are prohibited. In the event of violation, the Organizer reserves the right to remove the exhibitor from the exhibition.
- If the exhibition is postponed, shortened, extended or cancelled due to force majeure—such as strikes, natural disasters, national emergencies, epidemics, earthquakes, typhoons or floods—Exhibitors shall have no claim for compensation or refund and the Organizer shall bear no further liability.
- The Organizer reserves the right to adjust booth facility arrangements according to actual needs and circumstances and exhibitors shall cooperate accordingly.
- Exhibitors must comply with the general rules and regulations of the exhibition venue. For further details, please refer to the exhibitor manual.
- Exhibitors who have completed registration and payment but cancel before the booth selection meeting shall be eligible for a refund of the total booth rental fee, excluding a non-refundable deposit of 50% per booth. The balance will be refunded without interest. Cancellations made after booth selection will not receive a refund and payments will be allocated for promotional expenses related to this exhibition.
- The booth rented by the participating company may not be privately transferred or utilized by any company other than the one listed on the application (including sponsoring company). In the event of a violation, the Organizer will reclaim the booth and prohibit the unauthorized company from exhibiting. The transferor will be barred from participating in any trade promotion activities organized by the Organizer domestically or internationally for two years.
- Exhibits and displays must relate to the theme of the exhibition; otherwise, the Organizer reserves the right to require exhibitors to cease the display of non-compliant products.
