Compared with the original cutting knife, the CT50 has stronger resistance to drop impact and allows users to replace the cutting blade by themselves, significantly reducing processing waiting time and maintenance costs for customers. The CT50 can automatically adjust the position of the cleaver blade based on the optical fiber cutting quality observed by the fusion splicer. Once the fusion splicer determines that the cutting quality is not good, it will rotate the blade. In addition, CT50 can complete fiber cutting and waste fiber collection in one step.
The CT52 can shorten the cleaving length of 900μm sleeved fiber to 8 mm, and the cleaving length of 250μm and 400μm coated fiber to 3 mm.
CT58 cleaver is used to cut 80μm clad silicon dioxide optical fiber.
