LASER Marker

PICTURA is a large-area 3D laser processing system developed to overcome the limitations of conventional laser markers in processing area, power and application flexibility.

Quantec’s proprietary optical technology enables single-field scanning of areas up to 1,600x1,600 mm with an IR laser. By eliminating conventional step-and-repeat processing, PICTURA provides stitching-free results, shorter processing times and consistent quality without defects at overlapping boundaries.

The system can process workpieces with different heights and thicknesses and supports a wide range of applications, including laser welding, cutting, drilling, scribing, selective film removal and patterning. Laser wavelength, output power, processing field, vision alignment, autofocus, motion and control functions can be customized for each production requirement.

Quantec supports the complete process, from laser parameter development and sample testing to integration into full-scale production equipment.
