Description
The SC1408E fiber handheld galvanometer adopts a high-performance motor, independently developed and original appearance design, and carefully crafted with ergonomics, providing comfortable grip and convenient use.
This product is suitable for on-site handheld marking of large equipment and heavy parts, such as large pipes, frames, etc. Just edit the content to be marked on the computer, hold the marking head towards the position to be marked, and press and hold the switch to achieve marking.
It can process metal materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum to meet the multi angle marking requirements of workpieces.
The comprehensive performance indicators have reached the international technical level, and the specific characteristics are as follows:
■
Integrated structure, professional engineering design, integrated galvanometer system, optical focusing system, handheld marking head, lightweight design.
■
The working field: 60x60mm and 100x100mm, with a wide range of applications.
■
A laser that is compatible with QCS optical fiber heads with an outer diameter of 17mm or 19mm.
■
Differential photoelectric sensors accurately detect the position of the motor rotor, with good linearity, small drift, high resolution, and high repeatability accuracy.
■
The drive has position and speed advance detection function, greatly improving the dynamic response performance and scanning speed of the entire system.
■
The system is designed with overload, over current, and reverse protection to ensure more reliable operation.
■
The entire system adopts electromagnetic compatibility optimization design, with highsignal-to-noise ratio and strong anti-interference ability.
