Turning Point Lasers (TPL) is Taiwan’s only vertically integrated company dedicated to high-power semiconductor laser design, R&D, and manufacturing. Founded in 2017 in Hsinchu Science Park, it covers epitaxial design, chip production, , precision modules (<0.1µm)packaging &testing, and full system integration. Key products include λ-locked 976nm & 450nm laser modules. Its infrared fiber lasers reach 6kW, and blue DDL up to 800W.
