The new CL 500iM is a state-of-the-art, next-generation laser designed for industrial surface cleaning and stripping. It sets new standards in efficiency, compactness, and ease of use, and was developed specifically for handheld applications.

With an output power of 500 watts and state-of-the-art beam source technology from IPG Photonics, the CL 500iM achieves an exceptionally high power-to-output efficiency of up to 30%. Thanks to pure air cooling, the system is significantly smaller, lighter, and more energy-efficient than comparable solutions and is virtually maintenance-free.

The laser generates a soft, partially homogeneous beam that enables gentle yet powerful surface processing.

Mobility and robust industrial design

As a mobile system, the CL 500iM is suitable for flexible indoor and outdoor applications. The impact-resistant chassis offers lifting options for forklifts and cranes, secure lashing points, and large swivel casters with locking brakes. An ergonomic push handle, along with shelving and storage solutions, ensures comfortable handling during daily operations.

Intuitive operation and high safety

The modern cleanTOUCH operating concept enables intuitive control. Clearly visible status indicators provide clear information about the operating status.

The CL 500iM can be operated on a single-phase power supply using a standard household outlet. Additional interfaces for extraction units, emergency stop, and interlock enhance safety and functionality.

The extraction channel integrated into the handpiece optics, along with active cooling of the optics, ensures safe and stable continuous operation.
