Overview of Creative laser tech. 3D product

Creative LaserTechnology      

mainly focuses on 3D laser marking applications at the 2025 Taiwan International Laser Exhibition. It combines the self-developed 3D scan head and control system to realize how to efficiently apply laser 3D products for processing needs.

1. Texture processing machine: 

Combining MM3D plus with the conversion of our LSB (Local Surface Base) coordinate system, with our efficient heat dissipation 3D scan head to achieve the possibility of 3D large-scale seamless texture splicing.

2. 3D flying marking machine: 

Self-developed high-speed 3D scan head, with a dynamic Z speed of up to 3000mm/s, plus self-developed touch panel control system, and instant laser altimeter, to achieve high and low position flying marking of workpieces, even the undulating surface of packaging bags can be overcome, to obtain clear marking results; Touch control panel also present a pipeline control ability, no extra pipeline controller needed, saved the overall cost.

3. 3D precision marking machine:

Equipped with Taiwan's well-known MM3D marking software and a self-made 3D scan head, it is the most cost-effective 3D static marking machine.

4. Multi-axis marking and cleaning machine: 

Self-developed touch operation and LSB (Local Surface Base) coordinate conversion system, realizing axis control + 3D scan head automatic laser cleaning and deep engraving functions without dead angles.

5. 3D Scan head and kits: 

Self-developed Pre-focusing and Post-focusing high-speed 3D scan head, with air cooling and water cooling in various types, suitable for various laser processing needs, and can be used with MM3D related control boards. Laser processing operators are welcome to purchase.

6. Pulse laser cleaning machine barebone

The heat accumulation of pulse laser is smaller than that of CW laser, and the surface of the workpiece is cleaned without causing thermal deformation and blackening. Pulse laser can be optional with the required wattage.
